As a Product & Design Executive, I have established and scaled enterprise design systems that connect design, engineering, product, and accessibility into a shared foundation for digital product delivery. I treat design systems not simply as component libraries, but as organizational capabilities that improve consistency, accelerate delivery, and enable products to scale.
I lead design system strategy across the product development lifecycle, from vision, architecture, and governance through design tokens, reusable components, documentation, adoption, and continuous improvement. By aligning teams around shared standards and ways of working, design systems become a bridge between product strategy, experience design, and engineering execution.
